What you'll do
• Work residential buyer/seller and MLS transactions across the Houston market
• Manage your pipeline inside our CRM — leads, follow-up, and deal tracking already structured for you
• Run showings, negotiate offers, guide clients to close
• Optional: cross-sell into apartment locating for renters not ready to buy, using our existing locator pipeline
What we provide
• New to the business? Full training and onboarding — scripts, CRM, and systems already built so you're not guessing what to say or do
• Inbound leads — for every agent, new or experienced, so you're not cold-prospecting your sphere from scratch
• CRM and structured lead-nurture workflows already built and tested

• Direct broker support on deal structure, contracts, and negotiation — not a call-center brokerage
Compensation
Tiered commission split by activity type (residential MLS, commercial, apartment locating) — full structure shared during interview.
Requirements
• Active Texas real estate license
• Comfortable working inside CRM systems and following structured processes
• Self-directed — this is remote and performance-driven, not micromanaged
Bonus
• MLS transaction experience
• Commercial or investment property experience
• Bilingual
