Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate and personalized home care to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Foster an atmosphere that assists clients with a feeling of purpose and dignity.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to enhance clients' overall well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Prepare nutritious home-cooked meals following the care plan and client requests.
• Ensure medication management when required.
• Organize and provide transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, and errands using your own reliable vehicle.
• Build trust with clients and their families.
