Logistics Sales Executive

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Job Type: Full-Time | Remote (U.S.) About the Opportunity We are a growing freight brokerage seeking a driven Freight Sales Account Executive to generate new shipper business and drive revenue growth. This is a fully remote role ideal for an experienced logistics sales professional who understands the brokerage environment and thrives in a performance-based setting. You will focus on new business development, full-cycle sales, and long-term account growth, partnering closely with carrier sales and operations to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities • Prospect and acquire new B2B shipper accounts • Build and manage a consistent outbound sales pipeline • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to onboarding • Quote freight and negotiate competitive, profitable pricing • Collaborate with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure on-time service • Develop long-term client relationships to increase retention and wallet share • Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly • Track activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics in CRM systems • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications • 2–5+ years of experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics sales • Strong LTL knowledge preferred • Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow shipper accounts • Understanding of U.S. transportation markets and pricing dynamics • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely • CRM proficiency required • Reside in the West Coast Compensation & Benefits • $60,000 – $80,000 base salary (DOE) • Uncapped commission structure • Clear revenue targets and growth path • Strong operational and technology support • Leadership access and team-focused culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Have you developed a book of business with shippers across US? • Are you able to provide references? • Are you located in the West Coast?
