Job description: The Spencerport School District is currently accepting applications for a full-time Teaching Assistant for Munn Elementary School. Applications will be reviewed and selected candidates will be contacted for a screening interview.

*Applicants must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment for the NYS Education Department before employment begins.

Job Description: This position will provide support to students in an 8:1:1 classroom

Required Credentials: New York State Teacher Assistant or Teacher Certification (See for further information regarding certification as a Teaching Assistant in New York State.), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technologically proficient

Appointment: 10 month school year; 6.75 hours per day; 8:45AM - 3:30PM

Salary/Rate of Pay: Hourly wage based on previous experience.
