About the Role
We are hiring experienced real estate agents to sell premium Dubai properties to U.S.-based clients.
This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with qualified leads provided by the company, allowing you to focus on closing deals rather than prospecting.
What You’ll Do
• Engage with company-provided leads (warm & qualified prospects)
• Present and sell luxury Dubai real estate to U.S. clients
• Conduct virtual consultations and property presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with our international team to close deals
Compensation Structure
• 100% Commission-Based Role
• Earn Upto 70% commission per closed deal
• Commission varies from 10% - 70% based on your level of involvement in closing
• Leads provided = faster deal cycles & higher earning potential
• Estimated earnings: $100K – $500K annually

Requirements
• Proven experience in real estate or high-ticket sales
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle inbound leads and convert effectively
• Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work environment)
• Experience with high-income clients is a strong plus
• Active real estate license (preferred, not mandatory)
