JOB TITLE: Manager, Healthcare Data Integration COMPANY: IHP REPORTS TO: None DIRECT REPORTS: Data Analysts (Data Integration & Reporting) STATUS: Exempt / Full-Time OUTSIDE TRAVEL: 5% WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible 9/80 schedule WORK CONDITIONS: Remote Lead data integration initiatives that power value-based care and population health. We’re hiring a hands-on and strategic Manager, Healthcare Data Integration to oversee the design, integration, and transformation of healthcare data across a clinically integrated network. This is not a traditional IT manager role, we’re looking for a leader who can combine strong technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality, actionable data that supports care management, quality reporting, and organizational performance. In this role, you will partner across IT, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Population Health teams to build and maintain a scalable, multi-source data environment that enables success in value-based care. Who we are looking for: • 4+ years of healthcare IT experience focused on data integration and database management • 3+ years of experience managing analysts or technical staff • Experience working with clinical, claims, and payer data • Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and multi-source data integration • Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL) • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, claims data formats) • Strong ability to translate technical data concepts into actionable insights • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills What You’ll Do:Data Platform & Database Management • Lead administration, optimization, and performance of healthcare databases • Design and maintain scalable database schemas for multi-source clinical and claims data Data Integration & Quality • Design and oversee healthcare data integration pipelines across multiple data sources • Lead ETL/ELT processes to normalize, transform, and standardize data • Monitor and resolve complex data quality issues including duplicate or inconsistent data Team Leadership & Collaboration • Manage data analysts responsible for data integration, validation, and reporting • Serve as liaison between IT, Clinical Operations, Quality, and Population Health teams • Align data initiatives with organizational and value-based care priorities Vendors, Growth & Strategic Planning • Manage vendor relationships related to data platforms and integration solutions • Support onboarding of new organizations and integration of new data sources • Contribute to IT strategy, budgeting, and roadmap development Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field [IHP - Mana...IT 04.2026 | Word] • 4+ years of healthcare IT experience • 3+ years of leadership or team management experience • Experience with relational databases and data integration workflows • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability Preferred • Experience supporting CINs, ACOs, IPAs, or value-based care organizations • Experience working with multiple EHR systems • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) • Master’s degree in related field • Relevant certifications (CPHIMS, analytics, or cloud platforms) Core Competencies • Data integration leadership and technical execution • Team management and performance oversight • Data quality and governance • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement • Strong accountability and attention to detail • Critical thinking and problem-solving Work Environment & Requirements: • Remote • Up to 5% travel required • Ability to work extended periods at a computer workstation Additional Requirements: • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compliance & Confidentiality: • Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient and employee information • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and organizational policies • Adhere to all corporate integrity, security, and compliance requirements Pay: $124,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • 403(b) • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Employee assistance program • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Briefly describe your experience leading healthcare data integration efforts, including managing data pipelines and working with multiple data sources.
