We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Marketing Team Leader to join our fast-paced and growing marketing team. This new role is central to the smooth running of our internal Marketing Executive pod – coordinating workflow, supporting individual development, and acting as the bridge between senior marketers and the delivery team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a team leadership or coordination role – ideally within a marketing or creative environment
- An insanely organised approach and love of structure, planning and getting things done
- Excellent people skills – able to inspire, guide and support team members at different stages of their career
- Calm, solution-focused and proactive in a fast-moving environment
- Some understanding of marketing workflows and processes
- Experience using project management software (a PMS like Monday, Trello, Wrike or similar)
