Key Responsibilities
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade-shows, etc.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up questions
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Building and maintaining a Pipeline of prospects
• Maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information for all business segments
• Promote and sell STARMED products to Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Endocrinologists and other specialties as products are launched
• Educate and inform physicians and appropriate medical staff as to the proper use of STARMED products
• Provide clinical support to accounts as needed.
• Direct Product evaluations in the operating room, procedure room, and office settings
• Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
• Assist in the training and development of future sales personnel
• Solve product-related problems with customers
• Assist with accounts receivable
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year of medical sales experience, device or supplies sold to hospitals.
• Ability to be credentialed/have access privileges in all assigned customer accounts with major 3rd party credentialing companies. (Includes submitting background check information, vaccination records, company provided training documents, etc.)
• Ability to influence clinical decision-making process through sales efforts, including presentation and discussion of clinical data.
• Valid state driver's license and passport.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in a capital equipment and disposable sales environment.
• Experience calling on hospital-based specialties such as Interventional Radiology, Endocrine Surgery, ENT, General Surgery, or related procedural specialties.
• Prior experience supporting cases in procedural or operating room environments.
• Experience working within a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for pipeline and activity management.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
