Receives calls from members and providers. Responds to customers complaints and grievances. Records all calls and detail. Receives requests for adjustments on claim issues. Receives requests for disenrollment. Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum 6 months call center experience Microsoft Word Excellent skills in telephone communication and a professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual preferred  Min USD $41,000.00/Yr.
