About the position
Responsibilities
• Analyze client requirements and document operational and financial processes.
• Translate business needs into Dynamics BC solutions through setup, configuration, and training.
• Support implementations, integrations, and upgrades of Dynamics BC and related applications.
• Provide ongoing advisory and support services, ensuring clients maximize value from their BC environment.
• Collaborate with team members on project delivery, client communications, and solution development.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV or comparable mid-market ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, reporting, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft's solution stack (SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Office 365); experience in integrations a plus.
• Higher Education degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Consulting experience with client advisory and engagement management is highly desirable.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, professional presence, and strong commitment to client service.
• Commitment to achieving and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics BC certification.
