Responsibilities
• Originate and close residential mortgage loans from application through funding
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, Realtors, and referral partners
• Evaluate clients' financial needs and recommend mortgage solutions
• Coordinate with processing and underwriting to ensure a smooth closing experience
• Manage your pipeline while providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing
• 6+ years of experience originating and closing residential mortgage loans with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and the residential lending process
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using loan origination systems (Arive experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing your business
