Our Loan Officers are consistently receiving the most, and highest quality inbound leads in the industry.</p><p>As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in navigating the mortgage loan process.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Provide sales support, strong communication, and world class service to customers, processors and management from loan pre-qualification to loan closing, while maintaining production standards at minimum acceptable levels as set by management.</li><li>Complete mortgage applications using Company loan product system, including initial required documentation and stipulations. Must ensure compliance with company policy and government regulations.</li><li>Maintain production reports for leads and sales contacts, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports.</li><li>Effectively manage and follow-up on leads generated through various Marketing Department efforts.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>High School, GED or Equivalent</li><li>1-2+ Years’ Experience as a licensed Loan Officer</li><li>NMLS: Must have minimum 1 state active license or currently hold Federal Registration </li><li>hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week - Ability to work OT</li><li>Experience with Encompass, Microsoft office and various Mortgage programs</li><li>Ability to learn and adapt to new methods of Loan origination</li><li>Desire to work in and expand knowledge of Mortgage Industry<br>Driven to work in a fast paced, high energy environment!</li></ul><div><p>Mr. Cooper Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
