Rooter Man is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time, work-from-home position with occasional in-person visits required at our shop in Tallmadge, Ohio.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking someone who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is essential to our daily operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Make outbound calls to customers to schedule jobs
• Schedule plumbing service appointments and coordinate with technicians
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details
• Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or CRM systems preferred
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Must be available to occasionally report to our Tallmadge office when needed
