- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from patients and their families with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with caregivers to ensure timely services for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
- Assist in the coordination of transportation for patients as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Empathetic and patient nature
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in the office and remotely as needed
