Job Summary:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons to non-native English-speaking students via an online platform, ensuring lessons are tailored to each students proficiency level and learning needs.
• Assess students progress regularly and provide constructive feedback on their language skills, including grammar, pronunciation, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Create personalized lesson plans based on students goals and individual learning styles, incorporating interactive activities and relevant materials.
• Promote active participation in lessons, encouraging students to engage in discussions, ask questions, and practice their English language skills.
• Foster a positive learning environment by creating an atmosphere of trust and encouragement to boost student confidence in speaking English.
• Track students performance and provide regular updates to parents or supervisors regarding progress.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
• TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language (native or near-native proficiency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
• Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, particularly when working with non-native speakers.
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools such as Zoom, Skype, or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in teaching English as a second language is a plus but not required.
• Experience:
• At least 1-2 years of teaching experience, particularly in an online environment or with non-native English speakers, is preferred.
• Experience in creating and customizing lesson plans based on student needs.
• Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and tools for remote learning.
• Working Hours:
• Flexible working hours based on student availability, primarily in the evenings and weekends.
