Role Objective
• As an Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle's Supply Chain Management Cloud suite.
• You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technology, ensuring that the supply chain processes (from procurement to fulfillment) are streamlined and efficient for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design: Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis against Oracle Cloud SCM standard features.
• Implementation: Configure SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Business Process Mapping: Design and document "To-Be " processes that align with Oracle Modern Best Practices.
• Testing & QA: Develop test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Data Migration: Oversee data mapping and migration activities using FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and HDL tools.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Provide functional support, troubleshoot production issues, and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
• Quarterly Updates: Analyze the impact of Oracle's quarterly cloud updates and advise the business on new feature adoption.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM (at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in the Cloud/Fusion environment).
• Module Expertise: Deep knowledge in at least three of the following:
• Oracle Procurement Cloud (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Portal).
• Oracle Order Management Cloud (Global Order Promising).
• Oracle Inventory & Cost Management.
• Oracle Manufacturing or Maintenance Cloud.
• Reporting: Proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher).
Education:
• Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Information Technology, or Finance.
Certification:
• Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Professional certification is highly preferred.
Soft Skills & Language Requirements
• Languages: Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory as you will work with global stakeholders. Proficiency in Polish is a strong advantage for local client engagement.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business leaders (C-suite level).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
