About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale the outbound sales function at One Thing Marketing.

This is not a lead-following role where prospects are handed to you. We are looking for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, enjoys opening doors with decision-makers, and takes ownership of generating opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

You will be responsible for building your own prospecting lists, executing multi-channel outbound campaigns, booking qualified meetings, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, highly accountable, and has a proven track record of consistently hitting outbound sales targets.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Your day begins by reviewing your pipeline, prioritizing follow-ups, and preparing outreach activities. Throughout the day, you conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and engage prospects through LinkedIn to generate new opportunities.

You actively manage conversations, overcome objections, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team. Between outreach sessions, you update CRM records, track activity metrics, and refine messaging based on what is working.

Success in this role comes from consistently generating qualified meetings, maintaining strong show-up rates, and creating a predictable flow of opportunities for the business.
