Malouf Home is growing, and we're looking for sales professionals who want to own their territory and get paid for what they build.
This is a 1099, commission-based role designed for people who don't need hand-holding — just a great product, a real opportunity, and the autonomy to run with it.
What you'll be doing
Prospecting and meeting with retail buyers, specialty stores, and wholesale accounts across your territory
Growing and nurturing an existing customer base
Identifying new opportunities and connecting the right partners with Malouf's product lines
Managing your territory independently — you set the pace
What we're looking for
A relationship-builder who also knows how to hunt for new business
Strong communicator and self-starter — coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
Prior outside sales or B2B experience preferred
