Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Part-Time Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers to maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Operating point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately.
- Driving customer loyalty program participation, including sign-ups and rewards processing.
- Participating in freight flow processes, including truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery.
- Maintaining the appearance of our stores' interior and exterior to company standards.
- Performing daily front-end maintenance, including check stand cleanliness and replenishment of merchandise.
- Completing other tasks as assigned by Store Leadership, such as cart retrieval and safety-related tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior retail experience (preferred).
- Previous experience operating a cash register (preferred).
- The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Basic English literacy and math skills.
