Paid Social Account Coordinator

Fiddle Leaf Marketing, a small but fast-growing, women-owned boutique digital marketing agency, is hiring a Paid Social Account Coordinator to support our paid advertising clients. This part-time role (15–20 hours/week) includes significant growth potential, with a path to full-time as the agency scales. What You’ll Do • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients • Lead onboarding and keep timelines on track • Join client calls, track action items, and maintain strong relationships • Coordinate assets, approvals, and deliverables • Support monthly reporting organization • Collaborate closely with our Founder, Creative Strategist, and Paid Search team You’re a great fit if you have: • 1-2 years of marketing, account coordination, or related experience • 1-2 years of experience with paid social account management or strategy is preferred (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) • At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience (required) • Excellent organization and communication skills • A passion for supporting small businesses • A collaborative, positive mindset • Comfort working in a dynamic, flexible environment with a startup mentality • Passionate about social media marketing and creative strategy Hours & Growth: • 15-20 hours/week, remote + flexible • Path to full-time and future account management roles • Opportunity to lead and grow Paid Social department as agency scales
