About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Paralegal to join the team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with ease and brings strong communication skills and business acumen to the table. The right candidate will combine experience in contract review and legal support with a passion for improving sales operations, serving as a key liaison across teams while helping to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and support overall revenue performance.
What you'll do
Help optimize revenue efficiency by utilizing internal systems and processes
Provide recommendations that enhance future performance and measurements
Liaise with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties
Make updates to templates and internal documentation
Act as a liaison between internal departments
Review contracts to ensure they meet necessary legal and compliance requirements; perform paralegal-level review of agreements, redlines, and vendor documents
Streamline and oversee the contract/legal review process; maintain accurate records of executed agreements, renewals, and legal correspondence; support document management and legal filing practices
Assist in identifying potential legal and contractual risks; propose adjustments to contracts and escalate issues to appropriate legal counsel as needed
Provide training and guidance to the sales team on contract and legal matters; serve as a day-to-day resource for paralegal support including redline review, and bid document analysis
Perform paralegal support functions as needed, including preparation of legal documents, coordination of agreement execution, maintenance of contract databases, and research to support legal review
Sales Ops responsibilities supplemented during lower-volume legal weeks, general understanding of and ability to complete vendor forms, compliance documents, proposals and orders
Support other sales efforts as assigned
What you'll need to be successful
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Legal Studies
Minimum 1–2-years' experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of business contracts and contract review processes
Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience in a legal support role strongly preferred
Experience in a similar sales enablement or operations role
CRM experience required
Solid understanding of the RFP process
Sales organization experience a plus
Ability to organize multiple responsibilities at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MSOffice, particularly Word (redlined) and Excel
Use of Ivo Software a plus
