Description
You will join the Client Account Management "CAM" team. The main remit of this team is to retain and grow CSG's clients. The team is made up of 8 Account Managers who adopt a front of house role in managing client relationships, ranging from panel reviews/bids through to managing claims quality/KPIs/SLA/audits/complaints/conflicts. The role is full time and location blind, with some travel and working out of hours requirements due to the nature of client contact and events.
What you will do?
retain and grow revenue for clients you have responsibility for
pursuing growth opportunities
coordinating added value activities, including training and secondments
internal comms and connectivity for all activity relating to the client, including contact reports and proper use of CRM system
managing the impact of quality/KPIs/SLA/audits/complaints/conflicts
support and promote innovation to the client
manage client contact and CRM spend
provide input on client billing budget/rates/pricing/profitability
client cash collection
Who you are
excellent networking and CRM skills
evidence of strong team working and experience
ability to balance a strong client service ethic with internal business and operational considerations
able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement in operational excellence, combined with the ability to balance commercial imperatives with quality control
ability to interpret, analyse and present key data analytics metrics to clients
