Part-Time Account Strategist (Paid Media / PPC)

About the Role We’re looking for a mid-level Paid Media Account Strategist to support strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. ​ This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on in ad platforms and capable of contributing to campaign strategy and performance insights. You’ll work closely with our team members and partners, and participate in client-facing conversations. Who We're Looking For • A strategic thinker who can also execute • Someone who values clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes • A marketer who uses AI as a tool—not as a substitute for original thought • Strong communicator who can confidently contribute in client discussions • Someone with a comfortable workspace (we are fully remote) and reliable internet access Key Responsibilities Execution (60%) • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and occasionally other platforms • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setup • Write and test ad copy and creative variations • Monitor performance and implement ongoing optimizations Strategy (30%) • Contribute to overall account strategy and campaign planning • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and testing • Align campaign structure with client goals and KPIs Reporting & Insights (10%) • Analyze performance data and translate into clear recommendations • Prepare reports and client-ready insights ​ Client & Team Collaboration • Participate in 2–3 (avg) weekly meetings (internal + client calls) • Present findings, recommendations, and performance updates • Collaborate with team members across paid media and SEO Required Qualifications • 2–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience • Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • Ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations • Comfortable in a client-facing role Preferred Qualifications • Experience with: Google Tag Manager, Data (Looker) Studio • Familiarity with additional ad platforms (Reddit, TikTok, etc.) • Exposure to SEO principles and collaboration with SEO teams • Experience in one or more of the following industries: B2B SaaS, Ecommerce, Higher Ed / EdTech, Local service businesses, multi-location brands, Travel / hospitality Additional Details • Fully remote (U.S. only) • References may be requested during the hiring process
