**Join Our Team**
We're looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our global team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and helping our dealers grow their businesses.
**Responsibilities**
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing a positive customer experience with each interaction
* Receiving, researching, and answering customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders
* Capturing warranty data and entering customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories
* Entering customer orders for returned merchandise and authorizing refunds, as necessary
* Resolving shipping and order status issues
* Requesting payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices, such as freight and shipping charges
* Performing outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments, and product delivery or service of product
* Entering orders from customer/sales staff as required for backup
* Managing escalation situations and working with the Global Customer Service Manager to resolve complex issues

**Requirements**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 2-5 years of customer service experience
* Spanish speaking required (additional languages a plus)
* Warranty experience preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve and recommend effective solutions
* Excellent time management skills to respond to customer emails and calls promptly
* Technical skills to use customer records management, word processing, database, and email software
