Responsibilities:
Review website performance and identify conversion opportunities
Recommend and implement improvements across:
Homepage
Collection pages
Product pages
Cart / checkout flow
Mobile experience
Navigation and UX
Analyze user behavior and site friction points
Develop A/B test ideas and prioritize tests
Improve conversion rate, AOV, and customer journey
Implement light website changes in Shopify
Provide weekly recommendations and reporting

High traffic seasonality
Founder involved in brand and creative direction
Requirements:
Experience improving Shopify conversion rates
Strong understanding of CRO principles and ecommerce UX
Comfortable implementing changes directly (not strategy only)
Experience using tools such as Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, A/B testing tools, etc.
Strong design judgment without over-designing
