Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-time Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our team within the Property Management Staffing Industry. This role offers support in our talent acquisition and onboarding processes. You will play a vital part in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new team members. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help us build a strong, engaged workforce dedicated to excellence in staffing solutions for the property management industry.
Responsibilities
• Recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for open job orders
• Assisting with filling client job orders and staffing needs
• Communicating with applicants regarding employment opportunities and onboarding requirements
• Assisting candidates through the onboarding process
• Collecting and reviewing required employment documents
• Coordinating employment verifications and/or background checks
• Maintaining confidential and accurate candidate, onboarding, and recruiting records
• Performing data entry and updating applicant tracking systems and databases
• Supporting compliance, administrative, and staffing functions as assigned
Experience
• Proven experience in recruiting or related HR sourcing roles within the property management or real estate industry required.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and sales techniques to attract talent effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct interviews confidently and articulate company values clearly.
• Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations relevant to hiring practices.
• Experience with training & development programs related to onboarding or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.

Ability to attend and engage in Industry Marketing Events and/or Outreach Marketing Visits may be required at least 2x per Month.
