This is a remote position.

We are seeking aRemote Patient Advocateto provide high-quality patient support and ensure smooth delivery of mental health services. This role focuses on patient communication, appointment coordination, case documentation, and assistance with forms, pharmacy issues, telepsychiatry processes, and care navigation.

Responsibilities


Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacist or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Patient Advocate, Clinical Coordinator, or similar role.

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage compassionately with diverse patient populations.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment modalities (preferred).

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual care technologies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of four, take the initiative, and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • This position is not focused on backend tasks; the candidate should be comfortable working one-on-one with doctors.

  • Availability to work from9 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday.
