Requirements
- Outcomes Expertise: A strong understanding of outcomes-based financing mechanisms (e.g., Payment-by-Results, Impact Bonds).
- Fundraising Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build highly effective fundraising collateral and pitch decks that successfully convert.
- Master Negotiator: Proven experience leading commercial or strategic negotiations with diverse international stakeholders.
- Evaluation Literacy: Solid comprehension of research design, data verification frameworks, and impact evaluation models.
- Geographic Focus: Deep professional experience working within the African continent (strongly preferred).
- Operational Experience (Prefered): bring credibility to your problem solving with implementers built on a track record of delivery in complicated or challenging environments
- Availability: Comfortable committing to a focused 2 days per week capacity until the end of the year, with the flexibility to scale once new business is won.
