Canopie is a digital maternal health company supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals through structured, evidence-based coaching and care navigation. We are seeking Spanish-speaking licensed clinicians who are comfortable delivering care in a fully virtual, tech-enabled environment and passionate about expanding access to perinatal support.
This role is well suited for clinicians who enjoy brief, high-impact interactions, working within clear protocols, and supporting families through key perinatal transitions using digital tools.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct brief onboarding and activation calls in Spanish (10–15 minutes) using validated screening tools (e.g., EPDS)
• Perform outreach to eligible members using structured scripts and digital workflows
• Deliver virtual coaching sessions in Spanish focused on perinatal mental health, adjustment to parenthood, stress regulation, and health-promoting behaviors
• Support members around common postpartum topics (mood, feeding, sleep, transitions) within Canopie’s coaching scope, coordinating referrals when specialized care is needed
• Identify elevated risk and follow defined escalation and referral pathways
• Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in Canopie’s digital platform
• Communicate with members via phone, video, and secure messaging
• Participate in remote training, supervision, and quality reviews
Required
• Fluent Spanish speaker (spoken and written) able to deliver care confidently in Spanish
• Active Florida license (LCSW, APRN, CNM, PA)
• Experience supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals
• Prior experience in telehealth, digital health, population health, or virtual care environments
• Comfortable delivering brief, structured care and following protocols
• Strong digital literacy (telehealth platforms, EHRs, secure messaging)
• Reliable, organized, and responsive in a remote work setting
Preferred
• Certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C, MMH-C) and/or IBCLC
• 3–5+ years of perinatal clinical or coaching experience
• Experience working with Spanish-speaking or immigrant communities
• Background in coaching, care navigation, or brief intervention models
Schedule & Commitment
• Part-time contractor role (approximately 10–20 hours/week; varies by program needs)
• Availability during business hours required; evening outreach availability is a plus
• Timely documentation and consistent availability are essential
