Hi! I’m looking for a reliable personal assistant to help me stay organized day-to-day, manage tasks, and keep my schedule running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and already familiar with using Motion (the AI scheduling and task management app) to organize priorities and workflows.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing and organizing tasks inside Motion
• Scheduling and calendar coordination
• Helping prioritize daily and weekly to-dos
• Light admin support (emails, reminders, follow-ups)
• Keeping systems and routines consistent
Requirements:
• Strong experience using Motion for task and schedule management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive mindset (you don’t wait to be told every step)
• Ability to work independently and keep things moving
Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or ClickUp
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Hours:
Starting part-time with the opportunity for ongoing work if it’s a great fit.
