Job Description:
• Develop accurate and code-compliant shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently and effectively
• Communicate ideas and solutions for complex routing challenges
• Collaborate on MEPF system design and documentation
• Revise drawings based on feedback and field conditions
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and codes
• Adapt to client-specific workflows and methodologies through training
Requirements:
• Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills for coordination and problem-solving
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
• Background and experience in creating shop drawings for MEP systems
• Proficiency in Revit software for MEP applications
• Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler system design
• Willingness to learn client-specific templates and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets)
• Out-of-the-box thinker with a reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach;
• Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours
