Overview The Preconstruction and Delivery Strategy Manager is responsible for leading cost, schedule, and execution planning across multiple data center developments from early concept through construction mobilization. This role supports project readiness by aligning scope, budget, procurement strategy, and delivery risks to enable informed investment and execution decisions. Working closely with Development, Design, Construction, Procurement, and Finance teams, the role also maintains regional construction metrics, benchmark pricing, and strategic relationships with contractors and trade partners to improve consistency, scalability, and market competitiveness across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and execution-oriented, with the ability to balance detailed project planning with portfolio-level thinking. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines are essential for success in this role.
