This is a remote, work-from-home position, and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply in the continental U.S., with the exception of candidates from Colorado, California, Washington, Main, Maryland, Illinois, New Jersey, and New York. POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator delivers small implementation projects by planning, coordinating, tracking, and communicating for small- to mid-sized customer initiatives. This role works under the direction of the Director of Implementation to complete tasks and ensure assigned timelines and documentation are maintained.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the coordination and execution of small to mid-sized projects from initiation through completion
Maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, and project documentation
Oversee coordination of project schedule and activities involving cross-functional teams.
Develop maintain and manage team to performance and quality standards key performance indicators and other metrics.
Engage team in continuous process improvement for implementation projects delivering gains in performance and quality.
Manage and track project progress and follow up with internal resources and vendors on assigned tasks
Collect and compile project status updates for review by the Director of Implementation
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes
Maintain project artifacts, documentation, and communication records
Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as necessary
Manage budget, scope and change tracking for assigned projects
Manage project closeout activities, including documentation and post-implementation reviews
Maintain regular and consistent attendance to work duties
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
1–3 years of experience in small project management/coordination, or related role
Basic knowledge of project management principles and lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and escalate appropriately
Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
Demonstrated competency with personal computers and business-related software, including project management tools
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Experience in IT, MSP, or technology implementation environments
Entry-level project management certification (CAPM or similar)
Ability to understand technical subjects and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
