Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you'll provide essential project management, administrative and logistical support across multiple events and client programmes. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Producers and wider delivery teams to keep projects organised, on schedule and running smoothly.

What You Will Do

You'll own and maintain key project documentation, schedule internal and client meetings, prepare agendas and distribute detailed meeting notes and action items. You'll also assist with the creation and coordination of post-event reports, debrief documents and client feedback analysis.
