Job Description:
• Design project scope, goals, and approach
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans in Asana
• Communicate risks to project leads
• Lead planning and execution of action research activities
• Manage project budgets and invoicing with Finance team
• Plan logistics for events and meetings
• Facilitate communication between project team and partners
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience in literacy, mathematics, and nonprofit program design preferred
• Proficient in Asana as a project management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• High level of initiative, critical thinking, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Belief in equitable design practices in education
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
