About the Role

We’re looking for a Real Estate Disposition Specialist to help sell properties after they have been placed under contract.

This role combines sales, relationship management, and transaction coordination. You'll spend your day speaking with real estate investors, marketing available properties, coordinating showings, following up on offers, and ensuring every transaction progresses smoothly from contract to assignment.

If you're comfortable on the phone, highly organized, persistent with follow-ups, and enjoy working with multiple moving pieces, you'll thrive in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must Have

  1. Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent
  2. Previous experience in:

    β€’ Real Estate Wholesaling

    β€’ Dispositions

    β€’ Acquisitions
    β€’ Real Estate Sales

  3. Strong cold calling and outbound phone communication skills
  4. Ability to build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up
  5. Experience using CRM systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
