Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter to join our team!
This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry. Candidates must have 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds).
Location: Remote - USA
Salary Range: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Qualifications
2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles
Strong sourcing skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
Bilingual a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus
Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
