Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator

CNA Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator (Remote) Eagle Staffing Company Eagle Staffing Company is seeking a motivated, high-energy CNA Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a remote, relationship-driven role focused on recruiting and placing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in healthcare facilities. This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to quickly transition into a full-time role based on performance. Why Eagle Staffing Company? • Award-recognized and growing healthcare staffing firm • Women-led business making an impact in the community • Known for quality placements and strong client relationships • Fast-track growth into leadership opportunities • Performance-driven culture where top recruiters thrive Schedule • Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM • Full-Time (Performance-Based): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation • $18–$20/hour (based on experience) • Commission Structure (Can earn upwards of an additional $500+ per week) • Full-time benefits package available Key Responsibilities • Recruit, screen, and onboard CNAs for placement • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily • Build and maintain relationships with CNAs and healthcare clients • Fill open shifts quickly and efficiently • Maintain consistent communication with active staff • Develop partnerships with CNA schools and training programs • Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events • Track candidate activity and performance metrics What We're Looking For • Strong communication and phone skills • Organized with a strong attention to detail • Comprehensive documentation in our ATS and CRM systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Relationship-building mindset • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Prior Staffing and/or recruiting experience, preferrably in the healthcare space.
