Recruiting Content Specialist (Volunteer)

Note: This is a remote, part-time volunteer position.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order, clarity, and consistency to written materials — and who is comfortable reaching across teams to help move work forward.

This is a short-term, project-based volunteer opportunity to help us review, refine, and standardize job descriptions across the organization. You’ll work with HR and department leads to strengthen how roles are presented, improve consistency across postings, and help ensure our recruiting materials are clear, useful, and aligned.

For the right person, this is a chance to build experience at the intersection of content, recruiting, and organizational systems — while contributing to work that has visible, practical impact.

This is a temporary, project-based volunteer role with an expected commitment of approximately 3–5 hours per week for 4–6 weeks. Timing is flexible based on your availability and the pace of collaboration across teams.
