Recruiting Coordinator - Another Source

Description: What you'll be doing Another Source is recruiting a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Operations Specialist to join our team. Whether your long-term goal is to grow into recruiting and talent strategy or deepen your expertise in operations, project coordination, systems, and process improvement, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of searches, clients, and recruiting functions.  We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools and technologies, and finding smarter ways to work. Curiosity, initiative, responsiveness, and follow-through will be key to success in this role.  Your Contribution Will Likely Include:  Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience  Coordinate candidate and client interviews across multiple calendars and time zones   Ensure a responsive, organized, and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruiting process   Support scheduling and logistics for client meetings, recruiting updates, and internal team collaboration   Maintain timely communication and follow-through with candidates, clients, and team members     Recruiting Operations Support  Assist with preparing and organizing search materials and recruiting documentation   Gather and organize key client and departmental information needed to launch searches successfully   Help tailor and format employer branding, benefits, and job posting content   Maintain recruiting systems, trackers, and operational workflows with strong attention to detail   Support reference check coordination and candidate communication workflows     Job Posting & Recruiting Marketing  Manage the posting and distribution of opportunities across recruiting platforms and job boards   Monitor posting quality, candidate flow, and sourcing effectiveness   Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and diversity of candidate pools   Support the creation and publication of search announcements and recruiting-related marketing content     Process Improvement & Innovation  Identify opportunities to improve recruiting coordination, communication, and operational efficiency   Leverage AI tools, automation, and technology to streamline administrative work and improve workflows   Contribute ideas and solutions that help the team scale and continuously improve     Experience You Will Bring:  Experience supporting recruiting, coordination, operations, administration, project management, or customer-facing workflows in a fast-paced environment   Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously   Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow-through   Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team   Comfort navigating changing priorities and balancing competing deadlines   Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills   Interest in recruiting, operations, process improvement, and/or talent acquisition   Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies, including AI-enabled tools   Proficiency with common workplace technology platforms and communication tools     What’s in it for you:  Compensation range of $65,000–$75,000 DOE   Fully remote work environment   Opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team   Exposure to a wide variety of industries, organizations, and leadership searches   Career growth opportunities within recruiting, talent strategy, operations, and project coordination   Meaningful work that directly impacts hiring outcomes and candidate experiences   Flexibility and autonomy within a highly collaborative culture     Application Process:  Attention to detail is critical in this role.
