Brief Role Description
Support the NAR Remarketing team administration and documentation related activities required to facilitate the transportation and disposal of vehicles through direct dealer & auction sales. This role will be responsible for notary, vehicle title, Power of Attorney and insurance related tasks. The Remarketing Support Coordinator-US will also support the lease buyout audit process through auditing of retail contracts and dealer contact on audit activities.
Responsibilities within this Role
Documentation & Administration (70%)
Manage receipt, storage, sign-off and delivery of remarketing titles, including titles for vehicles on loan, manufacturer buybacks and specialized sales
Manage Power of Attorney for physical auctions and Dealer Service Loaner packages
Facilitate notary activities to support the remarketing sales and Dealer Service Loaner programs
Process annual in-transit plate renewals
Work with local DMV as needed to complete title and Power of Attorney documentation
Manage Dealer Service Loaner insurance claim documents
Support the Program Management team with IT projects and access audits
Manage the Splunk process for data validation
Dealer Services (30%)
Facilitate Employee Vehicle Purchase program
Assist with lease buyout audits to ensure customer’s lease contracted rates are adhered to
Perform outbound calls to dealers to obtain necessary documents related to lease buyouts
Participate in the performance of other duties and projects as assigned by the Project Management Lead
Qualification requirements
1-3 years wholesale automotive or related automotive finance experience
1-3 years wholesale automotive or related automotive finance experience
1-3 years customer or dealer contact experience
Required Education:
High School Diploma
