ConnectMe Capital, llc is a rapidly expanding provider of compliance and regulatory technology solutions serving investment management firms globally. They are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth across North America, managing the full sales cycle and engaging with senior decision-makers in the financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and execute targeted outbound business development strategies to generate new opportunities
- Build relationships with compliance, operations, legal, risk, and executive stakeholders within investment management organizations
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover operational and regulatory challenges and position appropriate solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and commercial agreements tailored to client requirements
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking within CRM platforms
- Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client outcomes
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets and performance objectives
Skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ years of experience selling SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or financial services solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a mid-market or enterprise sales environment
- Experience selling into asset managers, hedge funds, RIAs, fund administrators, or other financial institutions
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of investment compliance, regulatory reporting, disclosure obligations, or related financial regulations
- Experience selling solutions to compliance, legal, operations, risk, or finance teams
- Background in financial services, capital markets, or regulatory technology
