They are seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to own new business development across North America, managing the full sales cycle and closing multi-year SaaS agreements.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into mid-market brokerages via LinkedIn, phone, email, referrals, and events
- Lead multi-stakeholder discovery and deliver demos tied to specific business outcomes
- Navigate complex procurement and negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot; use Gong to continuously improve
- Feed customer and competitive insights back to product and leadership
Skills
- 3–7+ years in SaaS or technology sales, consistently at 100–150%+ of quota
- A self-generated pipeline builder — you don't rely on inbound
- Experienced running complex, multi-stakeholder cycles with executive buyers
- Strong consultative seller with solid negotiation skills
- PropTech or vertical SaaS background
- Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, or AI-powered tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gong
- Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
