[Remote] Accounts Receivable Clerk

They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage incoming payments, maintain financial records, and ensure timely collections.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing incoming payments
• Maintaining financial records
• Issuing invoices accurately
• Conducting account reconciliations
• Work collaboratively with internal teams
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely collections

Skills

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting principles
• Proficiency in Invoicing and Account Reconciliation
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data and ensuring accuracy
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
• Advanced organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of OOH and media industry workflows is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
