Burjline Builders is seeking a highly organized and dependable Remote Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to their team. In this work-from-home position, the assistant will manage schedules, handle communications, and assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer emails, phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain digital filing systems and company records
- Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas and notes
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting when required
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Support managers and team members with various administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, or customer service experience preferred
- Associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
