The role involves managing the Imprivata OneSign environment, troubleshooting authentication issues, and partnering with various teams to enhance user experience in a large-scale healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME the Imprivata OneSign environment supporting 15,000+ users
- Manage SSO, application profiling, Tap-and-Go authentication, and overall platform administration
- Troubleshoot complex authentication and access issues while supporting enterprise-wide deployments
- Administer Imprivata infrastructure, monitor platform health, and drive automation and optimization efforts
- Partner with Epic TS teams, infrastructure teams, and clinical stakeholders to improve workflows and user experience
- Support a large-scale healthcare environment with a focus on security, efficiency, and platform adoption
Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills supporting Tier 2/3 authentication and access issues
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while partnering with cross-functional teams
- Imprivata OneSign, Epic, SSO, active directory, M365, Citrix, Application profiling, vbscript, powershell, VDI, IAM
- Experience supporting 15,000+ users strongly preferred
- Experience working in healthcare environments and supporting clinical authentication workflows
- Familiarity with high-availability and load-balanced Imprivata environments preferred
