Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a GM Administrative Assistant, working remotely with Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our transportation network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete cost reports for senior leadership and yourself as needed
- Maintain schedules, plan events, coordinate meetings, and manage meeting room logistics for the Amazon Air Staff
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, office management, email management, and document preparation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel, and ground transportation for senior leaders
- Assist with internal communications, vendor management, and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience, with experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend, and reach as needed
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a permanent night shift schedule
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
