Key Responsibilities • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, focusing on a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning concerns. Provide tailored interventions based on client needs. • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and circumstances, regularly assessing progress and making necessary adjustments. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress in compliance with organizational standards and best practices. • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in behavioral health practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive care for clients. • Prioritize and manage a high caseload by assessing client needs, triaging urgent cases, and delegating tasks as necessary to maintain service quality. Preferred Experience • Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a behavioral health or clinical setting. • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital healthcare tools is preferred. • Prior training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits The Telehealth Professional Counselor position offers an annual salary range between USD 100,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
