- Answering the inquiries of our callers regarding insurance policies and claims
- Satisfying the customer and maintaining a good image for the company
- Participation in various projects including UAT testing, underwriting projects and processing
- Assisting in queries and providing support to policy data
- Answering questions and advising customers
- Processing changes in the company’s computer systems
- Resolving customer issues
- Processing documents
- Providing information to our customers regarding service, coverage, and costs
Skills
- Bilingual in English and another language
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to handle inquiries regarding insurance policies and claims
