They are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the branch, manage mortgage products, and enhance profitability through effective team collaboration and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing files in progress for the branch, alongside our coordinator team
- Assisting the Producing Branch Manager with turning new files live as they come in
- Intensive knowledge of mortgage loan guidelines
- Collaborating with the producing loan officers, loan coordinators, and the processing team
- Takes initiative and can multitask efficiently
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 10+ years of extensive loan experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of mortgage product, pricing, systems, and guidelines
- Valid NMLS Mortgage Originators license
- Self-motivation, entrepreneurship, and enthusiasm to lead a high performing team environment
- Excellent written and communication skills, including ability to deal professionally with issues, problems, and questions
- Capable of achieving results through others
- Ability to work successfully in a deadline driven, high pressure, fast pace, ever changing team environment
- Working experience using mortgage systems and software; experience with Encompass is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 10+ years of extensive loan experience is preferred
